In January 2005, Contractor & Construction Master Sabri Uslu (Uslu Construction @ Kalkan) and Civil Engineer Emrah Mihyaz (Emrah Mihyaz Design & Construction @ Kalkan) met during a construction project and decided to form a business partnership incorporating their individual specialities. Hence Asteria Homes @ Kalkan was born. Emrah Mihyaz lived from Asteria Homes by the end of 2007
